listing feedback: REALTOR.com 'bashing' responses - have you received them?

It happened again - we received an e-mail "You have a new lead from REALTOR.com!". Usually, this makes us a little excited - a new lead! When we opened the e-mail about our listing, it wasn't a lead, at all - it was a knock: "Is 'cozy' and 'charming' another way of saying 'Small' and 'Overpriced'?" We had a similar e-mail a few weeks ago on another home - basically, a civilian telling us we were smoking crack if we thought we'd get $287,500 for the house. They were right - we sold it in 21 days for $285,000. To send an e-mail via REALTOR.com, … (5 comments)
