review program: How do you feel about REALTORS® being reviewed online?

This year's Nielsen survey, the largest of its kind, shows seven in every ten (70 percent) trust consumer opinions posted online. It has been suggested that a neutral third party could create and control such a scheme for consumers if the real estate industry fails to adopt its own review program. A consumer-generated REALTOR® review, rating and comment system would be a significant shift for the real estate industry to adopt, pointing a new direction. I'm interested to hear your views on these questions: Do you believe the industry should control a rating/review program for REALTORS®? What criteria should be rated/reviewed? … (4 comments)
