I am often asked , mostly during listing appointments, if people are still relocating to this area? It's an understatement to say the very least. I just brought clients in from Chicago and in signing their kids up for school they were told that ( I can't quote the number) but a huge number of kids had been enrolled since the Christmas break. If you have never ben to Madison, it's a charming little town with amazing schools and only a 40 minute train ride to Penn Station in New York. Madison is worthy of a second look if you want to live in Morris County.

17 Homes closed in Chatham in December. Chatham is very sought after and desirable due to it's small town charm, it's great shopping and restaurants but mostly for it's schools and train line.
