A very impressive 25 homes sold in Morristown in December and two were over 1 million dollars. With the market trending on an upswing here, these numbers should continue to get even better. The weather will of course determine how quickly the marekt will pick up. Lets see what Super Bowl brings with regard to activity as that's usually when our Spring Market kicks in and homes start to come onto the market.
