Today on Yahoo! Real Estate it talks about buyers not buying homes...everyone is sitting...and waiting on WHAT? I know that our economy seems to be falling and people are lossing jobs left and right but the media doesnt help these situations at all! What a night it has been. I am enjoying a financial class that is being offered at my church. Financial Peace University with Dave Ramsey. It has opened my eyes in so many areas! The first question asked was "do you have an EMERGENCY FUND"? As a real estate agent we all should be prepared with an emergency fund; since we do live check to check!
