Staging in Toronto we are asked to stage many of the smaller, older housing stock so that buyers can see themselves living there or an investor can see how they can add it to their porfolio and attract higher income tenants. Check out our latest at 11 Macaulay in Toronto. We consulted with the home owners and came up with a plan to show how spacious the home could be and decided that part of the staging would be to pain the home in a neutral colour.
