Spice Bush Swamp is a very pleasant, 34-acre park run by the same people who run Westmoor Park. There are 3 walking trails in back of the pond which I'll bet most residents don't even know exist. It is a perfect walk for the dog or a nice place to stroll through the woods. During mosquito season make sure you have bug spray - it is a swamp... The swamp is a very popular destination for elementary school trips where the kids hunt for crayfish and other wildlife. They come home pretty dirty from school that day!
