West Central Michigan Home Sales Trend - Nov 1, 2011 thru Oct 31, 2012 The graph below shows the time period of the past one year, through October 31, 2012 for the West Central Michigan area. This four county area is made up of Lake, Newaygo, Osceola and Mecosta counties, and is the area our West Central Association of Realtors® covers. I am pleased to see that overall homes sold in the four counties is up 14% for the past year, despite having fewer homes listed for sale. Mecosta County Michigan Sales $ Volume Comparison Chart - January Through June 2011 vs July Through December 2011 Continuing good news with Residential Home Sales in Mecosta County: While some areas of the country are not improving in sales dollar volume, the comparison of Mecosta County sales in the first half of 2011 to the last half of the year signals a great trend toward increased sales in 2012 as well.
