Senior Advantage Real Estate Council has just launched a new consumer website to help clients and potential clients realize the benefits of using an SRES Realtor.  It shows what an SRES Realtor is, why to use them, benefits, and consumer resources.  All SRES Realtors should be familiar with this site and refer people to it.  Another great marketing tool available to SRES agents.www.SRES.org

sres: Survey for Canadian SRES agents - 09/28/10 04:18 AM
I'm curious about the value of the SRES training in Canadian Realtor's practices.  Does the fact that most of the course content has to do with U.S. laws and programs in any way diminish the value of the course to you?  What are your thoughts about having a Canadian only SRES class?
Where and when did you receive your SRES training?
Also, what is your opinion on having a refresher course for SRES agents?

I'm finding that many fellow long time SRES Realtors are still using the old logo.  I know there is a lot of controversy over the present logo and some people just plain don't like the looks of it.  Unfortunately for them, they don't have a choice.  The SRES board chose and is using the new logo, much to the dismay of the dissenters.  It is not optional, it is the official logo, and we should be using it.  We use the given logos for all the other groups, NAR, CAR, CRS, GRI, etc.  Now I'm not with the logo police and … (0 comments)
