I spent some time yesterday showing several houses in an "up and coming" area of Charlotte. The houses are in the Lela Court neighborhood, which is in an area better known to locals as Wesley Heights. The subdivision is located only 2 miles from Charlotte's center city and for the size of house, upgrades, and location, these houses are very affordable. There are currently several in the community that are for sale ranging from the high $200's to the mid $300's. The houses offer 3-4 bedrooms, open floorplans, detached or attached garages, hardwood floors, granite countertops, crown molding, stainless steel appliances, … (0 comments)
