My good AR friend, Kathy Streib wrote a great article about water safety for swimmers a couple of weeks ago. I think it has some awesome information and reminders in it!
If you have a couple minutes...take a look at it below and pay attention if you have anyone near the water!!
Water of any kind...rivers, lakes, ocean, pool, tub, irrigation canals, and so many more places to be diligent!

Blogging seems trivial sometimes...and now blogging about one rainstorm?
Really? One silly life-saving rain? Come on!!!
Our pastures & ponds are thirsty!
YES! I believe it is incredibly important to share life as we live it. How about you?
We received about an inch and half of rain this week in my neck of the woods and it is absolutely life saving for our birds, wildlife, pastures, trees, farm fields, and in fact, our entire ecosystem!
More moisture in 1 rainstorm event than the other 135+ days of the year put together! That is not good! And not normal for us.

Thank you to our fantastic seller families (and decades long friends) for choosing Mach1 Realty to represent you as the family writes the final chapter in your Mom's home.
I write this with true respect and humble thoughts as I knew your Mom for over 50 years and most of you have been friends for over 4 or 5 decades.
It is always hard for the families and even for us real estate agents and Brokers to go through this emotional process of letting go and saying goodbye.
Even when it is a happy goodbye...it is not easy to let go.

It is bit chilly in central Nebraska today but the furnace is working well and the time to relax is upon us.

Been a busy week here in Central Nebraska with numerous closings in three different communities...Hastings, St Paul , and Wilcox, NE
If you put these three towns on a map you will see that geographically it is about a 200 mile+ round trip with a bunch of backtracking. That was my day yesterday and today.
Closings on properties in all 3 towns and also picking up signs and lockboxes.
Sure I could pay someone to do that...but why? What better way to gather new contacts than be in all the communities on a regular basis?

Well...this is a first for me this month. It is actually 4:46pm CDT on Friday and I have started the blog #22 of 30 a day early!
I am sure I will not finish it as I have some work clothes in the dryer and they will beep in about 4 minutes and 17 seconds and counting down.
I do my own laundry and have for decades. I do not feel it is Robyn's responsibility to keep me in clean clothes.

Here we go again! When it rains it pours! Busy times create busy times!
I have had these situations happen usually at least once or more a year where you get busy and that creates even more business. (I am not complaining!)
This evening for Blog 9 of 30 on the 9th we have the new Listing mentioned in Blog 8 in Wilcox, NE under Contract doing an FHA Loan. I am the only agent involved and finally got all of the signatures back via DocuSign this afternoon! Will get that paperwork turned in to Title and Lender first thing tomorrow.

This blog # 8 of 30 will be a bit shorter than the other blogs as we are on a timeline for heading to church.
Was out at our daughters in the country doing a few chores and now only have 40 minutes to get this done and get showered and drive to church.

My nails and cuticles took a beating over the last 24 hours and my sleep deprivation is probably going to show up any minute!
We got the house mentioned in Blog #5 closed this morning.
Buyer husband came in yesterday and signed buyer papers...then went and picked his wife up from her new transfer location for her job and they headed on a 7 to 8 hour drive arriving after midnight to be at their Bank's closest to Nebraska branch office at 9AM this morning.
