I was searching for the right ones and think I found some diamonds!
I am going to start out with a quote from Aura Alex who shared this thought:
"Too often, unsolicited advice is slung at people like rocks from a slingshot—no wonder they duck and let it whiz by."
Do you ever find yourself (or perhaps your significant other does) sharing advice and thoughts with folks you do not know?

Hello Nebraska and Beyond! It is a fantastic Day in the Breadbasket of the World!
As I write this on the 14th of May, the fields across our beautiful state are being planted with corn, soybeans, and other summer crops. The watermelons, cantaloupe, sweet corn, tomatoes and more are in the ground!
The winter wheat has received nourishing rains and will be ready for harvest in a month or so. The first cutting of Alfalfa is only weeks away and looks beautiful.

Good Morning all!
I am sitting at my favorite coffee shop enjoying a fantastic Denver Omelet & a hot cup of Joe at Kitt's Calico Coffee in Kearney, NE.
The first thing I recognized while starting this blog was that I have been spelling omelet (omellete) wrong for years...and AR thinks the British spelling is incorrect.
One thing is for certain...it tastes dang good!!
It has been a busy early work week with 2 purchase contracts, a closing, plus a new listing, and a request to get involved in a Bargain Sale as the RE Broker of record.

Good Friday Morning All,
I rarely guarantee 100% on almost anything because almost anything can happen!
However, I am extremely confident in saying that there are others on AR...and Beyond...that hate Laptops like I do. I guarantee it!!
I just spent a half hour looking for a specific item that I absolutely know is on my HP laptop but now I cannot find...AAAARRRRGGGG!!
Part of that time is because the laptop decided to update. Not sure what it updated but I am confident it was something that microcrap (sp) decided was necessary.
I get it....updates are needed...pirates are everywhere...and it is a constant battle.

I am just going to say it: UGH! I am sick of the snow and cold. We are closing in on 2 feet of snow over the past 4 days and we are not used to that.
I have spent over 6 hours scooping and snow blowing snow this week and I have come to realize that it is no longer fun...nor easy...NOR done!
And to top it off the high today is a balmy 4 degrees above zero!!

Well...it was a short lived 1.5 day Snow storm and that is good!
And the Sun is Shining Bright through my window today!
Interstate 80 was closed for most of Monday and part of Tuesday due to blowing snow and zero visibility with 50mph winds.
Hiway 30 was closed for part of the day and when it opened...the westbound I-80 traffic that jumped over to Hiway 30 made it bumper to bumper at about 20 mph!
