It is just another Thursday in November, Nebraska style.  Yesterday was the last day of the year with warm temperatures according to the weatherman! Woke up today to sunshine and brrr. The biggest difference on this 4th Thursday is it is a day we celebrate and thank those who made our country what it is.
I want to thank a certain group of folks that includes so many people in my life...

Last night, late evening, I received a DocuSign email from an attorneys office that I have not done business with nor am involved with on any transaction...current or past.  Receiving a DocuSign is not unusual but this one seemed too far off.
Although the email supposedly came from a company that is on the edge of the area our company serves...none of our current clients are near there...and yet not always so unusual as we have clients with attorneys and lenders far from their home.

I have had my last minutes of sleep in 2022.
When I go to bed next it will be in early 2023.  
2022 was very good to me real estate wise.  Either my best or 2nd best ever.
December was an incredible month for my real estate. Heck...I even put under contract a very unique property that I had all but given up hope on.
On a personal basis, My wife and kids are all healthy...two brother in laws had cancer scares and are no longer worried about that. Both family and close friends added munchkins to the clan. At least one more in … (4 comments)

I know many of you central Nebraska folks have called on this one and have said to let you know if it falls apart. It did not. 
It has new owners!! $388,000 sales price as is.
But hey...I have others...including one the other direction from the Highway 281 turn off onto Gun Ranch Road.  
357 was a traditional rancher that had a honey do list. ANd a ton of trees with a quonset.   Here is it's photo.......
117 Gun Ranch is available also with a honey do list and almost 100K lower in price. But it is not your average ranch style home.

Another 2 properties were closed in the past week by Lindsey. A unique sale of a mobile home in Blue Hill, Ne and  the sale of a residential building lot of 1.42 acres in the West Fork Subdivision north of Hastings, NE.
