My wife, baby and I take our evening stroll daiiy and I've compiled a few places for rent in our immediate neighborhood of Old Torrance between Cabrillo Ave, Del Amo Blvd, Arlington Ave and Carson St. (occasionally across the street from Torrance High on Martina St. as well). 90501 zip code. if you're looking to move into the area, these are great places to rent and one of the best school districts in the state, definitely the city of Los Angeles.

Ever been to Karaoke? Japanese (Asian) style? torrance: Laws about trains and when they can run - 08/19/10 05:19 PM
Does anyone know about train laws? ARE THERE train laws? These things go at any and all times of day or night. It seems like they come by just when the baby is going to sleep, has JUST drifted off to sleep and right when my wife and I sit down to relax. Are there regulations about the amount of times they are supposed to blow their horns? How long they can blow their horns? How many TIMES they need to, or are allowed to, blow their horns?
