Saddle Creek Easter Egg Hunt
The Saddle Creek residents 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt is this Saturday, March 30th at 11am.
The hunt will be held in the park. Be sure to be there early as it will start promptly at 11am.
Children aged 5 and under will go first. Followed by those aged 6-10 years old. Each child will need to bring their own basket to collect eggs in.
After the Egg Hunt, there will be a Potato Sack Race and a Tug-O-War game - both open to those of all ages.

What's the best way to search for homes for sale in Fife?
Several times a week I get an email from someone asking about a home that has caught their eye. They'd like more information on the home because they think it's "The One."
Unfortunately, it was also "The One" for some one else because it's already under contract and a pending sale. They are crushed. And don't understand when I explain that the data they are looking at on the internet is not updated.

Is now the time to sell in Radiance?
In the last week I have been asked several times if now is the time to sell. And in every case, regardless of where the house is located, I have said Yes!
Why? Because we are in a Seller's Market in South King County and Pierce County. Last month King County only had a 1.56 months supply of homes. And Pierce County only hada 2.2 months supply of inventory of homes for sale.That means that if no new houses come on the market to sell, then it would only take 1.56 (or 2.2) … (1 comments)
