I attended a 2 day training taught by Dean Naughton, it was wonderful. At the end of his seminar he spoke about organization and time management. 2 areas which I am embarassed to say I need A LOT of help in, and I really mean A LOT! One step in getting organized, according to the training, is to empty your e-mail inbox to 0. Not just one of your accounts- ALL OF THEM. RRRIIIINNNNNGGGG, School is in session, or at least it will be on Monday. Phoenix, Chandler, and Tempe students attending Kyrene school will be hearing their school bells ringing early Monday morning. Elementary schools hosted meet the teacher night earlier tonight and yesterday the middle schools hosted their events. I visited Akimel's meet the teacher night last night and Estrella's tonight. Tonight was the city-wide dive meet in Phoenix for kids 10 and under. After having a daughter on the Pecos Pirate Dive Team since the pool opened four year ago, the night is bitter sweet. Glad that my summer mornings will no longer start at 6:45 with 2 hours at the pool. Sad that wonderful experience of this year's dive experience is over. Although Pecos divers, and all the city divers for that matter, did very well, Kenna twisted on the board on her last dive and dropped from first place to seventh. I have had many e-mails asking how I get the Vflyer to be a blog post, so I figured I'd post a little blog/bulletin about how to do it. It is super easy! After you make your vflyer it will have a box of jibberish to copy and paste on craigslist. I copy that, go make a post to craigslist then come back here. All you need to do is click the HTML tab. As my husband and step-son drive to the Apple Store in the Chandler Mall to buy a new iPhone I can't help but sit here and think- "It's not fair, I want an iPhone!" Is it for me, no. Am I getting one, no, well not for a year anyway. I have Verizon, actually we all do except our step-son. Hello Ahwatukee! It is time for another Itty Bitty Beach Party at Pecos Pool. Tomorrow children ages 6 and under can enjoy a fun-filled morning at Pecos Pool. The fun starts at 9:30 am and continues until lunch is served at 11:30. This blog is bitter sweet for me. Last September my son and step-son tried out for an Olympic Luge team here in Ahwatukee. They slid down Pecos road with trainers guiding them along the way. My son, Tanner was selected for the next level- to go to Lake Placid New York and train at the Olympic Center for a week. During that trip he met 3 other AZ kids all with Luge in their hearts. Why won't google recognize me? I am not asking to be number 1 or even on the first page, but I would like to be existant somewhere in google. You can even google www.dawnworkman.com and it will find activerain, craigslist and a few other websites I have posted on but my website is not there. What do I need to do to have google include me?
