January 2007, 2008, & 2009 Single Family Stats Cornelius, NC (Lake Norman) Okay, here is the Single Family Stats for Cornelius for the three January's. If you have read my blog already you know that I like stats! Anyhow do to the current market conditions I thought it would be interesting to keep up with what real estate sales in January 2009 looked against January 2008 and January 2007.
