Here in Oklahoma, we have now had almost 70 days of 100+ degree temperatures now.  It has been hot, dry, and miserable, to say the least.  I've also started to wonder if my buyers have not slowed their pace a bit to avoid getting out and looking in this weather.  Just an observation . . .
I am hoping the cooler fall temperatures that are coming will bring on an abundance of people who are ready to buy houses.  I am thinking of teaching a 1st time home buyer's class in September or early October.  I think it would be informative, … (1 comments)

I consider myself to be a very thorough Realtor.  I enjoy previewing each new house on the market (all listings, not just the listings that my company has).  I also really enjoy studying the market trends in my local area.  I find that it helps me to do better BPOs and CMAs.
