seven oaks: Statistics for the lexington Oaks, Seven Oaks and Meadow Pointe communities, Wesley Chapel

Hi I posted some sales statistics on my website blog (http://ajmasters.com/blog/) for the following communities for the months of November and December 2006. Lexington Oaks, http://ajmasters.com/blog/ Seven Oaks http://www.just7oaks.com/ Meadow Pointe http://www.meadowpointe.com/ I have not posted data for this month yet but it looks like the number of homes sold is going to be low for these three communities in January 2007. I would be interested to know if anyone in Florida has also experienced the same effect for the month of January.
