Get Healthy In The Rain - My Goals for 2013 | I think this challenge comes at a great time. Often January slips by us and we have not adopted our New Year Resolutions into our life. At least that is my case. I have put an effort into eating healthy and reducing the amount of food that I eat, mainly the quality of the food, but I have not fully implemented the exercise portion of My Goal for 2013, which is to lose 70 pounds by July 21st. Yes, 70 pounds! Part of this weight loss is changing eating habits, (2 comments)
