purchasing: OUT OF STATE REAL ESTATE INVESTORS- TAKE NOTE

Pictures of the front of houses are nice, but they don't tell the whole story... NOT EVEN CLOSE! Many out of state property investors are now springing up, due to the recent foreclosure crisis, and the seminar gurus who are teaching people how to do this. This is great news for the market, generally. The thing is, how sure can you be that you are getting enough information... and accurate information about the property you intend to purchase, without seeing it for yourself? This is the very reason that I recently started a new service primarily just for this … (6 comments)
