My Take on the Market for March 2016 - Dahlonega & Dawsonville As expected, we had a slow down in March while people were getting ready for their taxes. I normally see a pick up in activity early in April as people file and start their home search. This year I saw the biggest increase in activity the first week of April that I have seen in a while.
