spring photos: Time to take those fresh MLS photos

These are the photos of a single family home that I'll be showing tomorrow. Please note that today is June 5th. Even here in the Chicago area, there is no snow on the ground. Granted, this property has been on the market for 161 days... when we certainly did have quite a bit of snow. But unless this house is being used as the filming location for Home Alone 6, the foreclosure saga... it's time for this lazy agent to take fresh MLS photos, showing the lush green grass, and fully-leafed out trees.
