Today I am running in the Austin Bubble Run in support of our Grace Place Youth program. Proceeds we raise are going to help our youth go to summer camp. Love our Young People they are the best.
The Austin Bubble Run is a 3 mile run with lots of Bubbles along the way. Hopefully I survive. How bad can it be there are bubbles. lol.

No questions about it I have had my share of failures. When it comes to Real Estate my biggest failures have centered on inaction. A failure to act upon information that was readily available to me. Remembering back several years ago when I acted on good information and had great success with one of my properties but failed to act on that same information on another property we owned. If the President moves forward with his campaign promises it could have profound effects on property owners. His intentions to limit or remove tax deductions associated with property ownership will move the real estate market. Some will be looking for exit strategies to avoid a tax increase.
