B/P Services Group, Inc recently visited a prospect who was clueless on what to do when his air conditioner unit located on the roof of the townhouse he owned started leaking water while out of town. Our first observation was the fact that this needed to be taken care of forthwith to prevent further damage. As a precaution, I always don a mask when looking at mold jobs.
