The Granada Hills Real Estate Market was very active during November with 37 homes closed escrow Most homes sold above the original asking price, got multiple offers after a couple of days of the listing hitting the market, since there are so many buyers looking to buy a homes in that area.
Home buyers with children choose to buy a house in Granada Hills because some of their public schools are rated 8 and above. Most of the areas are residential, with very few apartment buildings. The Petit park is big with enough room to play different sports, pool, library and more

In Granada Hills Ca 56 homes closed escrow in October 2021, the market continues to have a huge demand from the buyers. Since there isn't enough inventory  and when a home hit the market it gets multiple offers above the original asking price.
There are some homes that get 10, 20 even 30 offers for the same house, that pushes the asking price for the next home that hits the market.
