 48 homes were sold in August compared to 40 in July. The Minimum Listing Price decreased to $310,00 vs $479,000 previous month, same thing happened on the Selling Price $300,000 vs $407,000, same with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,080 vs 1,482 square feet house, 6180 vs 5,098 sq ft lot.d 3 days on market.
 Maximum Listing Price $999,950 vs $1,499,000, Selling Price $925,000 vs $1,475,000 with 5 vs 8 bedrooms, 4 vs 5 baths, 3,993 vs 4,937 sq ft home, 54,224 vs 106,247 sq ft lot, and 140 vs 347 days on the market.
