It was 2:35 p.m. at an Open House, one beautiful Sunday afternoon. The agent was thrilled to see so many viewers enter the home in less than an hour. She was busy answering questions about square footage and upgrades, when Mr. Minor 7 walked in. With guitar (aka notebook) in hand, he proceeded to browse the house with admiration in his eyes. Picking up a flyer along with the agent's business card, complimenting her on the simple yet stylish look, he proceeded to view the property.
