What a week it has been for real estate activity here in Long Beach, NY. The Alex Rubin Team has been out and about - showing beach cottages in Atlantic Beach, beach houses in Lido Beach, beach bungalows and condos in Long Beach and ranch homes in Oceanside. I've notcied a lot of buyer frustration the past few days. With low inventory of homes for sale, buyers are setting their hopes up on houses for sale that already have multiple offers, or they are being priced out.
