What a week it has been for real estate activity here in Long Beach, NY. The Alex Rubin Team has been out and about - showing beach cottages in Atlantic Beach, beach houses in Lido Beach, beach bungalows and condos in Long Beach and ranch homes in Oceanside. I've notcied a lot of buyer frustration the past few days.
