Yesterday I was e-mailed by my broker, Diane Rice about a prospective tenant that wanted to see two VERY NICE apts. for rent in the southern Chicago area.
I went to both of the apts. and got everything ready:
Turned on the lights Opened blinds to let in a LOT of light Made sure the doors were only locked with one lock so we could get into them easily. One of the apts. was on the second floor, so I had to go up the stairs, and back down again twice, when the person(s)did not show up.

Just to make things interesting...... I have ANOTHER 20 Southern Chicago homes for sale. These homes range in price from:

Chicago has so much to do it boggles the mind! There are alsoChicago homes for sale in all price ranges. The whole thing is..... are youREADY to purchase?
Is your credit score high enough? Have you been on your job a while? Do you have money saved? Do you know where you want to live and what type of home you want to buy? There are a bunch of other questions that need to be answered, butthe aforementioned ones are tops on the list for prospective home buyers.

I have read some statistics for the Chicago area that saymore employers appear willing to hire in the coming months.
That is great news for those who have been laid off and are waiting for some good news in the tri-cities area of Chicago.
The latest survey from the National Association for Business Economics, shows unemployment is moderating. It also gives an improved outlook for hiring over the next six months or so.
