Last week, J.D. Power & Associates, the renowned global marketing information services company, announced that for the second consecutive year, Keller Williams Realty ranks highest in Customer Satisfaction among home buyers. The report, which was released on July 30th, went on to say that "Keller Williams also performs particularly well in the agent factor." "For both buyers and sellers, the agent is still the most important driver of overall satisfaction."
