Nationally, home prices are down, but hopefully stabilizing. Are you seeing this where you live? Clark County, Washington must be one of the "pockets" that everyone is talking about that is still working though the equity possibilities. Our housing market isn't hit quite as bad as everyone else in the nation. There are still buyers and sellers. I have kept track of the stats closely for the last six weeks in Clark County, WA and it seems that each week there is an average of 80-100 homes sold and about 80-100 pending.
