Check out the RMLS stats for the month of June 2015 that just came out. Note the front page displayed below, this is why we have a seller's market here right now. Last month in May we had 1.8 months of inventory. Now we only have 1.5 months of inventory....if we didn't list one more home....it would take only 1.5 months to sell off all the single … (2 comments)
