Not True! The people who are shopping now are SERIOUS buyers. They have a reason and a plan to be out there touring homes and making offers. The December and January buyers are there for several reasons:
1. They have a job that has brought them to your Home for Sale doorstep! 2. A family member needs their attention and they need to be closer to assist. 3. Buyers often move because the school year is all "brand (2 comments)
Check out the RMLS stats for the month of June 2015 that just came out. Note the front page displayed below, this is why we have a seller's market here right now. Last month in May we had 1.8 months of inventory. Now we only have 1.5 months of inventory....if we didn't list one more home....it would take only 1.5 months to sell off all the single (2 comments)
