I attended a mold class today taught by Jason Birk of Courtesy Care Restoration Services of NWA. In Northwest Arkansas mold is a huge problem with constant high humidity here. Mold grows in 68-86 degrees. What is your home temp set at? Most likely in that range. You might want to adjust to cooler temps in your home if you live in a high mold area like Northwest Arkansas.Most home owners and home buyers believe the myth that spraying clorox water on mold in your home will make it go away, but that is not the case according to experts.
