As small business owners, namely real estate professionals, we engage in marketing which means advertising using ads in various media sources. In that process it is crucial to understand who your customer is, and where they are, to ensure you get your message/offer/value in front of them.
As an example of how NOT to do it:
As real estate professionals, would it not be attractive to ride the coat tails of Barbara Cochran or Donald Trump? To attach to their media presence and try to siphon customers from their sphere?
