radon testing: ALL PRO Home Inspections- Surge in business due to foreclosures & short sales

We have seen a surge in our home inspection business lately, mainly from foreclosures and short sales. Many new home buyers are younger than in the past. With the lower home prices and low interest rates, it seems to be bringing in the younger buyers who previously could not afford to purchase a home. We have also been performing more RADON and MOLD tests as well. The younger families appear to be more concerned with their family's health, since they likely have younger children that will be living in the home.
