I have done several short sales lately and as you know every bank is different.  I feel like I am constantly changing my checklist.  I was wondering if anyone has a checklist that seems to work the majority of the time.  If so could you please post it in the comments for everyone to use.  Thanks....

I don't know why I hate it but I do.  It really bugs me when agents let their listing expire and then re-list them under another MLS number so it shows up as a new listing with less days on the market.  I always do a history search but I know not all agents do that.I'm not really sure why it bugs...
