LOOKING for MORE THAN CASH, (at your yard or garage sale?) Was on my way to bed ,the other night and saw a post (looking for help and suggestions for a successful yard or garage sale) I couldn't resist and then thought further....THIS IS A GREAT IDEA and perhaps I should share it with others! Be sure to incorporate certain EYE catching words. For instance: any antiques? collectibles? tools, be sure when you advertise to highlight and mention the HOT items. The Northern Counties of Boone and Winnebago are two of the HOTTEST growth corridors in Illinois. There is no arguing with stats and the stats show that while overall sales were down a bit in 2007; the average value of a single family home has risen. Communities such as Belvidere, Poplar Grove, Caledonia, and venturing into Winnebago County; you'll find such awesome towns as: Loves Park, Machesney Park, Roscoe, Rockton, S.
