FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE EMPHASIZING the HUGE IMPORTANCE OF CURB APPEAL This is our home (that we currently live in, while we are rehabbing it.) As you can see when we purchased this 4 bdrm,2 ba,3 car garage in July of 2006; it was not a "vision" in the least bit. LOOKING for MORE THAN CASH, (at your yard or garage sale?) Was on my way to bed ,the other night and saw a post (looking for help and suggestions for a successful yard or garage sale) I couldn't resist and then thought further....THIS IS A GREAT IDEA and perhaps I should share it with others!
