condo: Service Contracts

Many homes in So.Fl. have service contracts. Most 55 plus condo have service contracts. When I do an inspection on a dwelling with service contract, I take a time out and explain what is a service contract and what does it cover. Not all service contract cover the same thing. There are different service contracts so I suggest you read what is covered and more important what is not covered. When I list a defect that is most likely covered by the service contract I suggest the repair be done prior to closing and to have my client receive the receipt. Do … (0 comments)
