new construction: Condo time

I did a 900 square foot condo new construction inspection. My client wanted a punch list inspection. No flooring and the only appliance is a dishwasher. I do new construction a little different. I do a list of concerns for every room or area. So we have two bedroom two baths, living dining room, kitchen and patio. Three hours and fifteen minutes later the inspection was over. I have sixty seven items of concern. If I did a list of what was done right it would have been less than sixty seven. Now what do you think the chances are that all … (6 comments)
