Kirkland Washington Real Estate Market Report Today there was buzz in the Seattle Times that Seattle housing prices are the second fastest rising housing market after Phoenix. According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home Price Index housing prices rose 11.7% from October 2019 to October 2020 in Seattle which include King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. This is higher than the national 8.41%. This, however, does not specifically describe the Kirkland, Washington real estate market. In January 2010 the median price of a home in Kirkland was $391,000. Kirkland Washington is a wonderful community which has retained its old-time charm including in downtown Kirkland. Downtown Kirkland is within walking distance from West of Market which some appreciate. Restaurants and shopping are closeby. If you like to shop at Costco one of their locations is just a few miles away in Rosehill.
