Kirkland Washington is an ideal place to live on the East Side. Though it has changed Kirkland Washington still retains some of its small town charm.

I am fortunate to be a property owner in Kirkland, Washington. Downtown Kirkland is an asset to the community offering an excellent public library, parks, access to beaches and Marina Park, and many amenities.
Kirkland Washington also offers close access to Seattle though I would suggest that if you commute between Kirkland and Seattle try to leave earlier so you are not stuck in the Rush Hour Crawl.

After a major update Juanita Beach Park in Kirkland Washington has been looking great lately. I remember it in the 1990s and early 2000s. Parking was challenging and it was in need of some upgrades.

Nowaday it is a perfect location to lounge in the summer sunshine, walk, or just sit and enjoy the sights. It is also one of the many amenities in Kirkland Washington.
