big island: Synopses of East Hawaii Real Estate...

There is a lot of conjecture about the Real estate market in east Hawaii (Big Island), but what it really comes down to is price! If the property is priced appropriately for the market it sells...often we try to make it to convoluted, but it is only when we try to garner more for a property than the market will support that we encounter serious challenges. I know that sounds simple and obvious but it is similar to the formula for loosing weight, IE: More calories burned than consumed = weight loss, for some of us it takes longer and its harder to not consume … (0 comments)
