Pocono Home Prices As agents we are taught to know your market. In an attempt to get to know my market I looked at the month over month county statistics in Monroe County. What is see happening is in single family residential home sales; more homes were sold in August over July and at a higher sales price as well. This may be a fluke, however I'm keeping my eye on it.
