People move to the Fallbrook/Bonsall area for many reasons. One of which is to own land--a sense of one's personal space. This is one of the only areas in Southern California where land is affordable to own. Another reason is the weather. Our frost-free climate is ideal for growing all types of flowers found at the floral markets in addition to the ever-popular avocado and macadamia nut. This is also horse country and people move here to board and train their horses. Buying and selling property is a lot different than buying a home in a tract in a small development. … (0 comments)
