Many realtors and investors out there know that working short sales can be very challenging and frustrating. When it comes to dealing with a bank, and trying to get them to accept less than what a seller owes them on a property, they can sometimes make it very difficult. It is like someone borrowing money from me, and then call me to try to get me to accept less than the amount that I loaned them. If you are like me, that would not go over too well.
