Kapalua Real Estate Market Update | March 17, 2015 The Kapalua Resort is comprised of four residential neighborhoods and seven condominium communities. There are 755 condominiums and 243 home sites in the Kapalua Resort. It should be noted that some have been combined to create larger lots, and there are oceanfront 3 parcels that are not part of a subdivision.
