Kapalua Real Estate Market Update | March 17, 2015 The Kapalua Resort is comprised of four residential neighborhoods and seven condominium communities. There are 755 condominiums and 243 home sites in the Kapalua Resort. It should be noted that some have been combined to create larger lots, and there are oceanfront 3 parcels that are not part of a subdivision. The following is an update on the Year to Date Market: Kapalua Market Overview CONDOMINIUMS Active Listings: 72 Condominiums. Asking prices range from $630,000 to $5,395,000. The latest edition of my Kapalua: Maui Real Estate Newsletter and Market Update is now available at www.LuxuryRealEstateMaui.com Here's an overview of the market conditions: the overall Kapalua resort market saw a 9% decline in average sale price from 2009 to 2010, but a 52% increase in the number of sales and a 39% increase in total dollar volume. Our market peaked in terms of number of sales and total dollar volume in 2004, with average sale price peaking in 2007.
