I'm excited to announce the opening of Maui Hand's newest art gallery in Makawao, Maui. Of course, I'm always a little biased, as they represent my mother, Sarah Howard. Her works are prominently featured in Maui Hands Galleries across the island. It has been inspiring watching her evolve as an artist in the few short years that she has been painting. I particularly love being able to hang her works in my own home, though I must say, it was hard to part with "A Few of My Favorite Things", which is now on display along with "Aloha Spoken Here" and other paintings in the new … (0 comments)

I am absolutely delighted to announce that my mother, Sarah K. Howard, has once again been selected to participate in Art Maui. Art Maui started in 1979, with a group of artists who wanted to provide a venue for local artists to showcase original work, and to encourage the collection of art. Today, Maui is home to one of the nations most vibrant art scenes, with Art Maui it's most prestigious art event.
